Ever feel like there’s never enough time to do anything nice for yourself? Like all your time and energy are spent doing everything for everyone else? All you do is go, go, go, and at the end of the day you feel exhausted and sometimes depressed?
Me, too! I think all moms experience these feelings at one time or another. That’s why I created my ‘Happy Mom’ box. For the next 8 weeks we will work together to integrate one relaxing and rejuvenating activity into our lives each week. By creating the space to care for ourselves, as we care for others, we get closer to creating balance in our hectic lives. It is vitally important that we do this so that we may continue to have the energy to care for our families without hurting ourselves in the process.

Something as simple as taking the time to read that book you’ve been wanting to read, or take a nice candle-lit bath can do wonders for your energy and your inner peace.
